What better way to start a new year with a good old fashioned employee survey, with a modern twist, to find out which areas you need to focus on over the coming months to ensure a happy, engaged and productive workforce.
We have included questions for traditional employee categories as well as new and upcoming topics for 2024 and beyond. It’s no longer enough to settle for basic employee satisfaction and engagement survey questions. Forward looking organisations understand the need for their workers to feel they are part of something bigger, part of an organisation that knows what the future looks like and is harnessing new and exciting concepts and technologies to place them ahead of the curve.
At the same time, innovation, diversity, equality and kindness are being seen as key differentiators for retaining and attracting top talent.
Remember, surveys work best when repeated throughout the year and honed, according to previous survey feedback as well as other events and influencing factors in the organisation. The following survey categories and questions can be used to design and plan your own pulse surveys throughout the rest of the year.
Our Engage surveys work by asking employees to rate positive affirmation statements by assigning between 1 and 4 stars, according to how well they resonate with each statement: 1 star being negligible or not at all, to 4 stars for very strong alignment.
